I’m Jason Foreverman, MSW, a mental health therapist, life coach, author, and metaphysical practitioner. I support people who are ready to heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves. My work gently bridges the worlds of mental health and spiritual alignment, offering a space where you can explore both your inner world and the path ahead.
I can support you with tuning into your nervous system, releasing stored stress, and building resilience from the inside out. This somatic lens adds depth to everything we do, whether you’re processing emotions, addressing trauma, or breaking through old patterns.
